All the doctors treating Rabbi Ovadia Yoseph at Hadassah Ein-Kerem Hospital are scheduled to carry out an assessment of the 93-year-old rabbi's condition, Friday morning, with an eye on how to continue treating the Shas party's spiritual advisor. Cardiologist Dan Gilon told reports, Friday morning, that there was no change in Rabbi Yoseph's "serious to very serious but stable" condition.
Rabbi Yoseph, who has been in and out of the hospital in recent weeks, was admitted last Saturday night. Since then, he has had pacemaker surgery and kidney dialysis. He is on a respirator and under sedation.
