The pound sterling was set at 5.6103 shekels, down .414 percent, while 100 Japanese yen declined .197 percent to NIS 3.6892. The Australian dollar was fixed at 3.2337 shekels, down .287 percent, while its Canadian counterpart slumped .671 percent to NIS 3.4333. The Norwegian krone was fixed at .5926 shekels, down .87 percent, while the Swedish krona lost .796 percent to NIS .5484, and the South African rand was fixed at .3498 shekels, down .625 percent.
