Report: Morsi Threatened Hunger Strike

Former Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi threatened to go on a hunger strike if his supporters are forcibly removed from squares in Cairo, where they are staging sit-ins, it was reported Tuesday.

The Al-Mayadeen network, which is affiliated with the Hezbollah terror group, said that Morsi made the threats to the guards where he is being held. He reportedly added that he is the only one who can bring an end to the protests in Egypt.
