All Quiet on the Northern Front Following Blast

Despite the injury of four Israel Defense Force soldiers, all seemed quiet on the northern border, according to Arutz Sheva's Hebrew language news service on Thursday morning. Overnight Wednesday, the four troops were injured by a blast from an improvised explosive device. The incident occurred near the border with Lebanon. Israeli officials believe that the Hezbollah organization has no interest in friction along the border for the time being. The Lebanese-based Hezbollah has engaged in numerous terrorist attacks against Israeli soldiers and civilians over the years. They also maintain several members of Parliament in the Lebanese government.
