MK Miri Regev: "No Majority for 2 State Solution"

Member of Knesset Miri Regev (Likud - Yisrael Beiteinu) stated on Wednesday that the majority of Likud members do not support a "two state solution." She told Kol Yisrael radio that Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu (Likud - Yisrael Beiteinu) and does not represent his own party in his recent decisions. MK Regev singled out the pending terrorist release and territorial compromise as issues the Prime Minister has promoted that the majority of the Likud opposes. The "Two States for Two People" concept would ostensibly create a separate Palestinian country within Judea and Samaria. All Jewish residents of those areas would hypothetically be removed.
