Jewish Agency Fund to Aid Damascus Gate Stabbing Victim

The Jewish Agency for Israel's Fund for Victims of Terror announced, Monday, that it will grant 4,000 shekels of emergency aid to 33-year-old father of four Moshe Menachem Limui of Jerusalem, who is in rehabilitation after being stabbed by a terrorist near the Damascus Gate to Jerusalem's Old City after prayers at the Western Wall of the Temple to end the Tisha B'Av fast on the evening of July 16th.

Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky said, "The aid is an expression of solidarity between Diaspora Jewry and terror victims in Israel, the practice of world Jewry throughout the state of Israel's history." The fund operates from donations of Jewish federations around the world. It has supplied tens of millions of shekels to thousands of families.
