He told Arutz Sheva news that he was pleased with the extensive media coverage of the elections. "The public understands that the Chief Rabbinate in Israel is important for everyone," he stated. Member of Knesset Ben Dahan, as an official of the Religious Affairs Ministry, will be tasked with announcing the results of the vote.
