Update on Brain Damaged US Anti-Israel Protester

The Supreme Court ruled Wednesday to re-open an investigation of the Tristan Anderson case. The American's family filed an appeal after the case was closed in 2010. Anderson was protesting against Israel with the International Solidarity Movement. He was hit in the head with a canister of tear gas and treated by doctors in a local Israeli hospital. He suffered brain damage due to the incident.
