El Al Flight Returns to Berlin Twice Because of Smoke

El Al Israel Airlines Flight 352 from Berlin to Tel Aviv was forced to return to Berlin twice, Sunday evening, after smoke rose from the Boeing 737's kitchen.

Ground crews checked and cleared the plane for takeoff after the first incident but smoke was smelled coming from the aft kitchen and it was decided to return to Berlin again. Passengers were taken to a hotel until the malfunction was repaired and were scheduled to take another aircraft, Monday morning.
