Iran: Morsi Out for Not Influencing Military More

Chairman Alaeddin Boroujerdi of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Policy in the Iranian parliament said, Thursday, that ousted Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi lost power because he was not able to achieve greater influence on the Egyptian army.

Boroujerdi said, "Morsi made ​​a tactical error by not sufficently influencing the security forces and intelligence services during the year in which he was in power."
