Restrictive Release for Latrun Vandalism Suspect

A court in Rishon Letzion ordered, Thursday, the release of a 22-year-old Bnei Brak man suspected of arson and other vandalism at a monastery in Latrun, about halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, a few months ago. Restrictions were applied to the release, which was delayed to allow the state to file an appeal.

Judge David Shoham ruled that the reasonable suspicion of the suspect's involvement in all the crimes attributed to him were very low.
