Abigail Yasgur will be a special guest at the 5th annual Jerusalem Woodstock Revival. Yasgur is the cousin of Max Yasgur, an American dairy farmer of Jewish heritage who agreed to have the 1969 Woodstock festival held on his land. Woodstock became one of the most well-known music concerts of all time. Abigail Yasgur is the author of Max Said Yes! The Woodstock Story. Performers at the festival will be Israeli groups playing the hits of the bands that played at the original Woodstock and other songs by popular bands from the 1960s. Local Israeli bands will include Michael Greilsammer, Ummagumma, Lijah and the Firecats, Libi, Natan Galili, Ori Naftaly, and more. The festival will be July 18th at Kraft Stadium in Jerusalem.
