The Inquirer reports, Nokia has dropped another hint that it will unveil a 41MP cameraphone at its New York event on 11 July.
Nokia has posted a teaser image on its blog promising "41 million reasons" for readers to tune in to next month's event, which will be live streamed on its website. Unless Nokia has managed to stuff the upcoming smartphone with 41 million new features, speculates The Inquirer, this is a clear hint about a 41MP cameraphone.
Nokia hasn't said much else on the matter, adds The Inquirer, although last week it sent out invitations to the event with the tagline "Zoom Reinvented", another big hint that the firm is gearing up to launch another Pureview device.
Expect Nokia's upcoming 41MP cameraphone, tipped to arrive as the Nokia Lumia EOS, surmises The Inquirer, to feature a high-end metallic casing along with Microsoft's Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system, a 4.5in HD AMOLED screen and 32GB of internal storage.
