Soccer to Tie Up Traffic in Jerusalem Sunday Evening

Benvenisti Street and southbound Dov Yoseph in Jerusalem will be closed to traffic, Sunday evening, ahead of the game between Russia and Holland in the Union of European Football Association's Under 21 Championships, to be played at Teddy Stadium. The game is scheduled to start at 19:00.

Private cars will not be allowed to get to the arena. The city is providing free shuttle buses, leaving every ten minutes from the National Parking Lot (Chanion Hale'um), the  Kiryat Hamemshalah government complex, Mount Herzl, Giv'at Mordechai and the Biblical Zoo.
