Police are investigating a case of vandalism during the course of Shabbat at a synagogue on Allenby Street in Haifa. Worshippers discovered cult symbols and swastikas among the graffiti spray-painted on a wall of the synagogue. They also reported damage to the handle of a door which the vandals tried to break in order to break in. Police suspect a number of youths seen sitting on the synagogue's steps, hours before the attack.
