Police have concluded that the Be'er Sheva bank shooter was not a robber, rather a disgruntled bank customer bent on revenge. He arbitrarily fired on personnel and customers, taking one hostage whom he released before committing suicide during a standoff with police.
Four civilians were killed, and four others were injured, one in moderate condition by shrapnel, others were treated on location for stress.
