Chairman of the Yesha Higher Education Committee Prof Amos Altschuler has informed the Finance and Education Ministers that due to the accumulated deficit of the Committee, no salaries or payments for ongoing services can be distributed.
The Treasury says it is considering its response to the announcement. (Kol Yisrael radio)
