Injuries at Anti-Induction Demonstration

The Ichud Hatzalah emergency medical service treated about ten demonstrators and members of the security services, Thursday evening, for wounds suffered as a result of rock throwing during a demonstration by tens of thousands of hareidi-religious Jews in front of the Israel Defense Forces' Jerusalem induction center. The demonstration was against proposals to increase national service among the hareidim.

One person was treated for moderate injuries and two were treated for light injuries before they were sent to hospital, after a staircase collapsed with dozens of people on it.
