Red Cross Accused of Honoring Terrorists

The Red Cross, intentionally or not, planted trees in honor of terrorists, stated Palestinian Media Watch. The media watchdog group said that according to Al-Hayat Al-Jadida news, "The International Red Cross and the Palestinian Red Crescent, in cooperation with the Zububa Rural Council west of Jenin, yesterday planted 150 fruit trees that carry the names of the veteran prisoners jailed in the occupation prisons... [they] conducted a ceremony called 'My Honor is My Freedom'... fruit trees were planted at the entrance to the village, where the racist annexation and expansion wall that has swallowed up thousands of acres [of land] was built," the newspaper wrote. A number of the veteran prisoners are terrorists serving one or more life sentences, according to Palestinian Media Watch.
