Prof Hillel Weiss was indicted for incitement to violence during a media interview in 2006 and for offending an IDF commander in 2007. In addition to denying the charges as false, Weiss also demanded case dismissal on grounds of police withholding investigation material, and unjust discriminatory enforcement of the law.
The Court rejected the demand, adding all material was submitted by the police already, and the continuation of the trial is set for February 2014.
