Slovenian media reported Sunday night that an Israeli tourist is missing after being swept by rapids while rafting. According to reports, the accident occurred in the Soca river, near the town of Bovec.
The rafting boat, which carried several tourists, reportedly hit a rock and capsized. Four other passengers managed to swim back to shore, but the Israeli disappeared. Local police and rescue services conducted a large search for the tourist, but called off the operation after nightfall.
