There was Agreement to Leave Outpost Up through Shiva

Chairman Avi Roeh of the Council of Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria (Shomron) protested, Friday, the predawn destruction by security forces of the outpost erected in memory of terror victim Evyatar Borovsky near the Tapuach Junction, where Borovsky was murdered on Tuesday.

Roeh said, "This act hurts the feelings of the family and residents. The insensitivity of the decision makers who ordered the demolition of the place in the days of Shiva [seven initial days of mourning -ed.] screams to the heavens, especially in light of the agreements to leave this point [on the map] until the end of the Shiva."
