Six Israeli Children Accused of Vigilante Attacks

The Samaria-Judea police division in cooperation with the Hebron police, arrested six Israeli juvenile suspects on Wednesday evening. They are accused of throwing stones at vehicles with Palestinian Authority license plates.

Five of the children are between the ages of 9 and 11. Only children over the age of 12 are punishable in such instances. Police asked for parental involvement and accountability.

The suspect over the age of 12 will have a criminal investigation file opened which will include forensics. The other suspects were released. The police said that stones caused damage of two vehicles but no injuries. It is not being reported at this time how the accused were identified or where the alleged incident in question occurred.

In a separate incident minors were arrested for suspicion of throwing stones at a Arab bus in retaliation for Tuesday's murder of an Israeli civilian at the Tapuach junction bus stop.
