An indictment is being submitted, Friday morning, against a 52-year-old security guard from Petach Tikva, charging him with murdering his wife in front of their daughter, about a month ago.
The wife was shot as the three traveled in a vehicle, following an argument. The defendant claims his gun went off accidentally.
