PM Attacks on Seniors Won't be Tolerated

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, Sunday evening, that attacks of the sort that have been recently perpetrated on senior citizens will not be tolerated. Addressing the opening observance for Holocaust Remembrance Day, he noted that there were Holocaust victims among the victims of the recent attacks.

Netanyahu said that Israel has a special debt to Holocaust victims as symbols of the nation's rebirth. Noting cabinet action taken earlier in the day to provide assistance to the aging population of Holocaust victims, he said they were entitled to live out their lives in peace.
