200,000 People Visit Nature Reserves Thursday

The National Parks and Nature Authority reported, Thursday, that about 70,000 people had visited the country's national parks and 130,000 had visited nature reserves around the country.

The Authority said the most popular sites were the Caeseria and Yarkon national parks and the Gamla, Banias and Iyon Stream (Nachal Iyon) nature reserves. People were advised, Thursday afternoon, not to go to the Yarkon or Gan Hashelosha national parks, or the Yehudiah nature reserve, due to crowded conditions.
