Israeli Pop Star Arkadi Duchin Plays in Judea Festival

Otniel, the small community in the Hevron Hills district of Judea doesn't get many Israeli pop stars. But during the Passover holiday Arkadi Duchin will perform with Yonatan Razel in a special concert. Razel is well-known in the religious Jewish community both in Israel and abroad. His best known song is an original rendition of the Passover song Vehi Sheamda which he released with orthodox American-Jewish singer Yaakov Shwekey. Duchin was born in the former Soviet Union and rose to fame in the 1990s with the Israeli rock group Friends of Natasha. The two have performed together on stage in the past. The Pesach in Otniel festival will feature other community events and performances as well. The concert will take place Thursday March 28th.
