Former Israeli judge Dan Cohen, who fled to Peru eight years ago following bribery allegations, has been extradited and is now en route to Israel, where he will be arrested upon arrival.

The Justice Ministry confirmed that Peruvian authorities have complied with the Israeli government in allowing the extradition.
