Israel responded to the report published Wednesday by UNICEF, the UN children's agency, which was critical of Israel's treatment of Palestinian-Arab detainees who are minors. 

"We will study the conclusions and we will implement them," the Foreign Ministry said, stressing that "representatives of the Ministry and the IDF were partners in formulating the report and finding ways to improve the handling of this matter." 

The Ministry also noted that UNICEF "welcomed the recent improvement in Israel's relation to Palestinian minors."
