Israel Disappointed at Argentina-Iranian Bombing Probe

Israel said, Thursday, that it was "disappointed" by the Argentine Congress decision to team up with Iran to investigate the 1994 bombing of a Buenos Aires Jewish community center, in which 85 people were killed.

A Foreign Ministry statement said that past experience shows agreements with the Iranian government do not last nor change the line of Tehran. It said the agreement will, unfortunately, not lead to achieve the goal, which was and remains the same: bringing to justice those responsible for the attacks in Buenos Aires and punishing them for their actions.
