Interior Minister Marwan Charbel of Lebanon said, Thursday, that refugees arriving in his country as a result of the civil war in Syria constitute a security risk.

The minister explained that some of the refugees are suspected of being rebel fighters who are being sent to training bases that have been set up in Lebanon.
