Nigerian security forces have announced the capture of three terrorists as they were gathering surveillance on tourist attractions such as photos of the Lagos Chabad House. Cell leader is Abdallah Mustafa Branda ,50, who underwent weapons training in Iran, where he was also paid $30,000 to coordinate the operation.
