Member of Knesset Uri Ariel (Ichud Le'umi-National Union), the chairman of the negotiating team for Habayit Hayehudi (Jewish Home-New National Religious Party), met, Tuesday morning with Co-chairman of the Shas party to discuss talks for forming a new government.

The talks were held against the backdrop of a report that Habayit Hayehudi would be the first party to join Likud-Beyteinu in the coalition.
