Israel is negotiating with the International Space Station over the possibility of launching an Israeli astronaut into space, according to Chairman of the Israeli Space Agency Prof Yitzchak Ben Yisrael, speaking to Israel Army Radio Wednesday. “We cannot afford the launch ourselves, but we seek an investor.
