Yaakov Teitel Convicted of Two Murders, Three Attempted

The Jerusalem District Court convicted Yaakov (Jack) Teitel of two murders and three attempted murders. The indictment filed against Teitel accused him of seven attacks in which two people were killed and three wounded. One incident took place in 1997. Several other accusations were thrown out due to lack of evidence. Teital is of Jewish ethnicity while the victims were of Arabic ethnicity.
