Overcrowding was reported at three hospitals in Haifa, Sunday and Monday evening.

Rambam Hospital reported more than 100 patients in the emergency room because of a lack of beds in the wards. Occupancy in the wards at Bnei-Tzion Hospital reached 140 percent and the emergency room at Carmel Hospital was 50 percent over capacity.
