"Those who want learn must stay and learn," stated Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman (United Torah Judaism) on Wednesday during a discussion over army conscription. He warned against a situation in which yeshiva student would be imprisoned over the draft deferment issue. "It will not help to try and take anyone to the army by force," he commented.
