Arab League chief Nabil al-Arabi arrived in Ramallah on Saturday for a visit where he met with PA President Mahmoud Abbas and said that the equation in negotiations with Israel must be changed, telling Abbas, "We can not continue with the same steps we have been taking for the past 20 years. These steps are wasting their time and continue the expansion of Israel."
