Eighteen cities, local councils and regional councils in Judea and Samaria received prizes from the Interior Ministry, Thursday, for proper management. The Samarian city of Modi'in Ilit was cited for improved financial behavior.

The figure represents 80 percent  of the local governments in the area, a figure unmatched in the ministry's other districts.
