As expected, results from the recent elections in Egypt show that Egyptians approved Morsi's new constitution by a nearly 2 to 1 ratio, an election official said on Tuesday.

63.8% of voters, more than 10 million people, were in favor, and more than 6 million, or 36.2%, opposed the controversial constitution.
