A teenage Arab resident said he was beaten down by Jewish residents in Jerusalem. The incident is said to have occurred Monday along Haim Bar-Lev Street in Jerusalem. The Arab resident said that he did not provoke any attack but was beaten by people he described as "religious looking" or "hareidi". He said he was walking with another individual who fled the scene. Police say they currently have no leads. Between 1948 and 1967 the street was the border between the State of Israel and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
