Weather: Afternoon Rain Coming Up from the South


It will be clear to partly cloudy, Monday, with no significant change in temperature. There is a chance of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, starting in the afternoon in the south, accompanied by a chance of floods in stream beds and other low-lying areas of the south. The weather system will spread to the center of the country on Tuesday, making for a chance of flash flooding in the Judean Desert and Dead Sea areas. A slight drop in temperature will last until Wednesday, when variable cloudiness is expected. It will be fair and warmer on Thursday.
