Ten Young Girls Killed in Explosion in Afghanistan

At least 10 young girls were killed Monday morning after an explosion tore through the eastern province of Nangarhar in Afghanistan. 

The young girls, ranging in age from nine to thirteen, were gathering firewood outside their village when the explosion took place. Police are now searching the area to determine what caused the explosion. 

Also Monday, a suicide bomber in a small truck detonated outside the entrance to a logistics company in Kabul, killing at least two people and injuring 15 others.
