Israeli students’ recent high rankings in international tests may not reflect reality, according to a Maariv/nrg expose. More than 22% of Israeli students – those in the hareidi-religious sector and in special education – were not tested.
The United States had the second-highest number of students missing the test, with 7.2% not taking part. In most countries there was near-total participation.
