Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said Tuesday that the PA will file a suit against Israel at the International Court in the Hague over the E1 building plan. Israel has authorized construction in the E1 area east of Jerusalem.
The PA claims the eastern part of Jerusalem along with all territory east of the 1949 armistice line.
