The best answer to Abbas' one-sided UN bid for non-member status, says a group that is about to begin a public campaign, is applying Israeli sovereignty to all of Judea and Samaria, rather than the military rule it has had for 45 years while Israel tries vainly to hold negotiations and attempt to reach agreement on the issue.
