IDF: Terrorist Rocket Fire Down 40%

Spokesman Yoav Mordechai of the Israel Defense Forces said, Monday morning, "There is a decline of about 40 percent in the [missile] launches by terrorists in Gaza during the last 24 hours, compared to [the similar period] which preceded it." During a media briefing, the brigadier general said that Gaza's stadium was bombed after it became apparent that it was the source for rocket attacks, including those made on central parts of Israel. A lot of weapons were believed to be stored at the site.

Mordechai said about 40 of the 100 overnight Israeli attacks on terror targets in the Hamas-controlled area destroyed tunnels used by terrorists.
