Justice Minister: Kadima MKs Silent in Olmert Case

Members of Knesset with the Kadima party have not asked to replace the officials tasked with overseeing investigations into former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Justice Minister Yaakov Neeman said Sunday.

Neeman was responding to an appeal from the Ometz government watchdog group calling on him to reject Kadima MKs’ requests to keep State Prosecutor Moshe Lador out of an appeal of Olmert’s verdict. The State Prosecution appealed Olmert’s partial vindication in a corruption case.
