A 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of British Columbia on Sunday morning. The U.S. National Weather Service has warned that “the earthquake has generated a tsunami which could cause damage.”

Tsunami warnings have been issued along the coast, from Vancouver Island to Alaska. A warning was issued for Hawaii as well.
