The chairman of the Our Land of Israel movement, Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpe, called on Monday not to allow Aryeh Deri to resume heading the Shas party, until he expresses his regret for the Oslo Accords and promises not to lead to the establishment of a Palestinian state.
“Thousands of Jews were murdered by the Oslo Accords, led by Deri, who misled Rabbi Ovadia Yosef and the Council of the Sages,” said Rabbi Wolpe.
